Mr. Ashok Jain

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Ashok Jain, 74, is a Chairman & Managing Director on the Board of the Company since its incorporation i.e. 1975. He is the Founder and Promoter of the Company.

He is a Mechanical Engineer & technocrat and has more than 52 years of all-round experience in design, development of fluid couplings and management of industry. He has developed the fluid coupling technology indigenously and brought India amongst the few selected Companies in the world possessing this technology. He is considered the best expert in India on fluid couplings including their application, usage and energy saving.

He is also recognized internationally by all the competitors and many users/buyers of fluid couplings in many places of the world. He is thus a key asset of the Company and is fully capable of taking the Company on the progressive path with his knowledge and management skills.

The Fluid coupling industry in the Country has having special category and the Company’s activities cannot be compared with others.

He is in charge of the entire affairs of the Company being the Managing Director subject to superintendence and control of the Board of Directors and conducting the activities of the Company, also assisted by two Whole-time Directors.

Mr. Kunal Jain

Executive Director

Mr. Kunal Jain, 41, is appointed as Executive Director, on the Board of the Company. He is a Commerce Graduate and has 21 years of experience. He has wide and varied experience in our industry and is acquainted with thorough knowledge of business. He is involved in design development besides administration and other commercial activities.

Mrs. Radhica Sharma

Deputy Managing Director

Mrs. Radhica Sharma, 43, has been a Woman Director on the Board of the Company since 2014 designated as a Deputy Managing Director earlier she has served the company as a Vice President for more than nine years.

She has done an MBA from Mumbai University. She is an energetic and results-oriented Deputy Managing Director with over 22 years of corporate experience, driven to manage Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Administration and establish strategic mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with users vendors and service providers. Excel at building and retaining high-performance teams by hiring developing and motivating skilled professionals.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Patni

Independent Director

Mr. Ashok Kumar Patni, 63, is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company since 14th August 2023. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has 38 years of rich experience in the fields of Finance, Taxation, Banking and Management.

He is holding “Nil” Equity Shares in the Company and has no inter-se relation with any other Director of the Company.

Mr. Sharad Panot

Independent Director

Mr. Sharad Panot, 58, is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company since 14th August, 2023. He is a Mechanical Engineer and having 32 years experience in the field of project planning, production, business process reengineering, EHS and quality systems.

He served Man Truck India Pvt Ltd as a Head Vehicle manufacturing for 6 years, Man Force Trucks Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager for 6 years and Force Motors Ltd as a Project Manager for 19 years.

Since 2018 he is working as a consultant Industrial Health and Safety.

Mr. Samyak Modi

Independent Director

Mr. Samyak Modi, 41, is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company since 14th August, 2023. He has done Post Graduation in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPIJMR), Mumbai and having 18 years experience in the field of Business Management and Administration.  He is the Managing partner of Indus Technology, since 2005. He is also holding the position of director in Diversetech General Engineering Pvt Ltd. Since 2022.
